In «Art i Sa Barcelona», following our philosophy of natural products, we offer fruit smoothies throughout the year, although now in summer is the best time to enjoy them as they are very refreshing, nutritious and healthy.
The smoothies are a very healthy option to take at breakfast, afternoon tea, brunch or as a supplement to other meals. It is a very nutritious food that provides us with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, proteins and healthy fats.
The smoothies are very easy and quick to prepare, and there are a variety of combinations, the ideal is to combine fresh fruit, juices, milk or yoghurt and ice, you have to serve it cold. Here you have one of our favourite combinations:
Ingredients for two servings:
200ml pineapple juice 100% natural and ecological
100 gr of fresh mango or frozen, diced
100 gr natural and ecological yoghurt
1 1/2 sprig fresh mint
100 gr of crushed ice
All ingredients are placed in the mixer for 1 minute and ready to serve.
You can decorate with an extra sprig mint; already you have a very refreshing delicious smoothie for these last days of summer.
